you can call on us to repair a specific fault within your system whenever you need us. This is charged at £40 per hour and there is a £10 call out fee.

Prepaid

You can buy our services on account starting with a block of 5 hours on site and 5 hours remote assistance. This gives you a discounted rate of £35 per hour and can be topped up at any time in 5 hour blocks. This service also gains an immediate response from us when you call on it.
